    "My customer experience dealing with Mike and Fabrizio was truly exceptional. They made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, were very patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured into a decision. Mike graciously covered for Fabrizio when he was not there for my first visit and at no time did I feel any competition for commission...everybody was part of the team/mini family! Fabrizio was like dealing with a brother...he not only sold me the perfect car, he gave me priceless advice for my upcoming trip to Rome, including a wonderful suggestion for the hotel where I will be staying and a lesson on drinking espresso. The experience was sensational and I would recommend to all of my family and friends...I am already! The Callari family is special and obviously their dedication to the local communities and their passion for the business which is a tribute to their dad, Felix, who had a similar reputation of good will, is what makes them wonderful!     "I love the car I purchased, unfortunately my experience purchasing the car was not as satisfying and stress free as I would have expected from this company. I came in to test drive the car, and came back a week later because I decided to purchase it. I was looking for something specific and this car matched most of my qualities. I signed for the car and gave a deposit. I was told if I came back on tuesday with the rest of my money down, and insurance for the car I would be able to have the car by friday. I did what I was told. However, not only was the car not ready by friday, but i was not told it was not going to be ready, and the paperwork which was supposed to get filled out was not. Then it turns out I didn't need a bank check: a combination of personal check and credit card would have been fine.
