5.0"My experience was wonderful as always. This is my third Mini from Fairfield Mini and I love it. They take as much time as I need to learn all of the new advancements in each car. They help me select exactly how I want each built. They beat every other dealership in NY and NJ on the trade in by $5,000-6,000. The sales team, led by Fabrizio, is top notch and they always make sure I have a great loaner when I need a service. Every one from the receptionist to the manager acts like it is Christmas day when I walk in . I am currently moving to CA and they beat the CA dealerships- so it was worth it for me (in every way) to buy in Fairfield and ship to CA- which they made possible. I will be flying back to CT when it is time to trade my 2012 burned orange convertible in- b/c the Mini Fairfield family, service, and deals, just can't be beat- even 3,000 miles away. 1.5"I have to say I'm very disappointed with my recent experience. I brought my car in for a standard oil change at 7:30am. I have done this before, and every time it was available by noon. I called at noon to check the status, and was told it would be done at 3pm. I still hadn't heard from anyone and called and left a voice mail because no one picked up at 3:45. I called again at 4:15 and left another voice mail. I was finally called back at 4:20, and they "experienced difficulties" and my car would be ready at 5:20. This severely affected my work schedule as I was covering a shift until 6pm by myself, and had to get someone else cover for me in order to pick up my car. With no excuse provided it sounds to me like I was just forgotten. Not to mention that I wasn't told about the change in location for my previous visit and showed up at the old center, but that's another story.
